Technical Shoot

Here is all the information you will need for today’s shoot. For technical shoots I simply need a face in front of the camera while I work with new equipment, check lighting or measure distances - technical stuff.  Those who help with technical shoots are at the very top of my gratitude list!

Your job will be easy - stand here, stand there, look that way - that sort of thing. The central task of a technical shoot will be to hold motionless poses for me to get identical shots from different lighting angles. While the shoot will be very low key, we will typically have a few nice shots when we're done, so bring your best look and best attitude.

How to Dress

Keep it simple and modest. A solid, sleeveless top is preferred. A light or dark neutral color is classic. For technical shoots a basic solid t-shirt works fine. Collared shirts, jewelry or neon bright colors are NOT preferred.

Hair and Makeup

Light makeup. Again, keep it simple. Hair should be straight if possible and will be down for the entire shoot.

Four Essentials

Be clean. Be rested. Be fed. Be positive.

All photo shoots are CLOSED shoots. Cell phones and other capture devices are NOT permitted and can be placed in a secure area with other belongings.
