BIDDING RULES
All items are SOLD AS IS. All sales are FINAL.
Last round of bidding on all remaining items will be Tuesday, August 12, at 6:00 PM through Wednesday, August 13, at 8:59 PM.
A bidding price of $1 will be set on the website for all items.
At the bid closing, items with the highest bids will be offered to the highest bidder.
Bids will close at a random time on August 12 between 8:58 PM and 9:08 PM. This will allow bidders to respond to last minute bidding as the system updates. The exact time of closing on Tuesday will not be disclosed.
New high bids are automatically updated usually within 2-3 minutes. Refresh your screen for updated bids.
On-site and Facebook prices will be 20% above the minimum or highest bid on the website at the time of the offer. No on-site haggling.
Buyers are responsible for honoring the amount of their bid by the specified time.
Pick-up days, times, and location will be scheduled when highest bidder is notified.
Buyer is responsible for the safe disassembly and/or removal of all items by the specified date and time. Otherwise, items will be offered to the next highest bidder or sold on a first-come basis.
All items must be picked up by THURSDAY, AUGUST 14, at 8:00 PM.
A RESERVE PRICE has been set for all cubicles and other marked items.
Minimum bids can be raised or lowered each day at the seller’s discretion.

The seller can refuse the sale of any item to anyone for any reason.
